Fried Vegetables in Chickepea Powder

Ingredients:

  • Chickpea powder (1 cup)
  • Salt
  • Turmeric (1 teaspoon)
  • Black pepper powder (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Ginger powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Dried raw mango powder (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Ginger powder (few pinches only)
  • Broccoli- boiled and softened
  • Potato- boiled and sliced like French fries
  • Clean water
  • String beans
  • Olive oil, Sunflower oil

Instructions:

  1. Make a thick batter with chickpea powder, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, dried raw mango powder and salt
  2. Pour the oil in a nontoxic pan and let it boil
  3. Dip the vegetables in the batter and lower them into the oil to boil
  4. Cook till the batter turns golden brown
  5. Remove carefully
  6. Soak off extra oil. Enjoy!
