Grandma Sharma’s Ginger & Cane Sugar Brittle/Chew

Ingredients:

  • Organic cane sugar cubes (3 MEDIUM SIZED)
  • Organic Ginger powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Non-GMO Ghee
  • Nontoxic cookware

Instructions:

  1. Heat the ghee in the pan. Add 3 can sugar cubes till they melt. When they melt add ginger powder.
  2. Still the mixture. Let it cool off.
  3. It will harden as it cools off.
  4. Depending on how quickly it cools or how quickly you try to eat – it could be enjoyed as a chew or brittle.

It will be good for nausea. It is not suitable for those with diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
