Grandma Sharma’s Ginger & Cane Sugar Brittle/Chew
- Organic cane sugar cubes (3 MEDIUM SIZED)
- Organic Ginger powder (1 tablespoon)
- Non-GMO Ghee
- Nontoxic cookware
- Heat the ghee in the pan. Add 3 can sugar cubes till they melt. When they melt add ginger powder.
- Still the mixture. Let it cool off.
- It will harden as it cools off.
- Depending on how quickly it cools or how quickly you try to eat – it could be enjoyed as a chew or brittle.
It will be good for nausea. It is not suitable for those with diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease.
