Rice, Millet, Chickpea Powder Chicken Crispy Wrap/Taco


  • Organic millet seed powder (1 cup)
  • Organic brown rice flour (2 cups)
  • Green chili 1 medium sized, chopped
  • Fresh ginger root (1 teaspoon)
  • Cilantro powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Low fat yogurt (3 tablespoons)
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil or non-GMO Ghee for cooking
  • Organic baked chicken shreds (1/4 cup)
  • Mint chutney
  • Nontoxic cookware


  1. Mix millet seed powder, rice flour, turmeric, cilantro, chopped green chili and salt with water to make a smooth batter
  2. Pour small amount of Olive oil or non GMO ghee on the pan and heat it
  3. Pour the batter and cook till brown on both sides
  4. Remove the wrap from the pan
  5. Fill it with the chicken shreds & Mint chutney and Enjoy.
