This is my go to drink when I have aches and pains.
- 250 ml of organic, non-GMO almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of fresh turmeric (heavy metal free)
- Organic, locally harvested, honey to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh cardamom powder
- 25 grams fresh ginger root
- Boil the almond milk till it bubbles a little bit.
- Add turmeric, cardamom, ginger root.
- Boil for 10 minutes at low heat.
- Add honey to taste.
My mother used to give this to me. I am speaking with 30+ years of experience. This works for cold, congestion, aches and pains.
